Flexible Structure: If you’re feeling inspired, you can explore a movement of the next session.

I encourage you to build solid blocks of knowledge and focus on mastering each movement before moving on. Confidence grows with intentional practice. However, trust your intuition—only you know what pace feels right. Follow your instincts, and you’ll shine!
